Hi, I'm Sara and a few years ago I was faced with a life-or-death decision when it came to my health. It was through this time period that I had to re-create myself from Terra Preta (scorched earth). Who I was had to cease to exist in order for me to move forward. I had the re-evaluate everything in my life from what I ate, what I believed about the world around me, to the words I spoke and the way that I moved through the world. I had to follow my calling and step into alignment with the person I was meant to be and the things I was meant to be doing. I could not do any of this without the help, love and support of so many mentors throughout my journey and now I have become one.
Our wounds are our most powerful catalysts for growth, but we have to know what to do with them and this is no easy feat. The path that you are walking will eventually become not only your blueprint but the blueprint for others. My role is to help you come back to yourself through the processing of your trials and tribulations and to help bring you into alignment with yourself and your calling.
